System Optimization and Delousing
for 1 computer
We schedule an appointment to Optimize and Delouse your Computer. We install brand new utilities and schedule FREE software and definition updates to keep your computer safe and secure.
3 Hours of Onsite
Technical Support
Although most support issues can be resolved remotely, there are times when a technician needs to have physical access to the computer. A basic contract provides 3 hours of Onsite support with free pickup and delivery for one year.
25 Hours of Email, Phone and Remote
Technical Support
Whether you have questions about setting up an email account or trouble connecting to the internet, we are here to help you sort it out. You have 25 hours of support for one year. Support hours are Monday Through Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 PM.
