Although most support issues can be resolved remotely, there are times when a technician needs to have physical access to the computer. A basic contract provides 6 hours of Onsite support with free pickup and delivery for one year. |

Whether you have questions about setting up an email account or trouble connecting to the internet, we are here to help you sort it out. You have unlimited access to Tech Support for one year. Support hours are Monday Through Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 PM. |
